Customer Self Service Phase 1 Prototype

This HTML prototype demonstrates the general UI elements for phrase 1 of the ITSM customer interface project. Interactive elements for tickets, accounts, etc. are represented with screen shot images while actual functionality in the Portal will utilize the Sencha Ext JS library. Form elements and processing will utilize Spring.
